Assess patient conditions during admission and scheduled shifts, promptly identifying and reporting status changes. Perform procedures and monitor patients as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough documentation of care administration. Administer prescribed medications, monitor for therapeutic responses, and take appropriate action for unintended reactions. Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipating needs. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures. Obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment.
