Registered Nurse PACU

Manage airway support, monitor neurological and cardiac status, and respond promptly to complications for surgical patients in the PACU. Provide initial wound care, ensure patient stability during recovery, and collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia team. Assess patient conditions throughout shifts, document changes thoroughly, and educate patients and families on medical conditions and follow-up measures. Apply the nursing process and critical thinking skills to independently deliver safe, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices. This role requires PACU experience and includes on-call availability during select non-business hours.
