Registered Nurse PACU PRN

Manage airway support, monitor neurological and cardiac status, and respond promptly to complications for surgical patients in the immediate post-operative recovery phase. Provide initial wound care, ensure patient stability, and collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia team. Assess patient conditions throughout the shift, document changes thoroughly, and educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up measures. Apply the nursing process and critical thinking skills to independently deliver safe, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices. On-call availability during select non-business hours will be discussed in the interview.
