Job Summary
Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety through the nursing process while adhering to patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values within a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio in the post-anesthesia care unit. Requires an Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing, current RN license, and at least one year of RN experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- RN License
- Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
- One year RN experience
- Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (for experienced RNs)
