Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in PACU providing patient-centered perioperative care across multiple specialties within the Grandview Orthopedic Surgery Center. Responsible for nursing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, medication administration, patient and family education, infection control, and collaboration with physicians and healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Roles include management of perioperative care, monitoring and operating equipment, responding to emergencies, and contributing to performance-improvement initiatives. Requires ability to coordinate care, document thoroughly, and adhere to safety standards. Licensure in state or compact state required; BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.
Required Qualifications
- RN - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
