Job Summary
Assess and intervene for diverse surgical and trauma patients in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, serving as a liaison between anesthesia providers, surgeons, and the healthcare team. Manage Pre-Anesthesia Screening Services (PASS) by conducting comprehensive preoperative evaluations, patient preparation, and essential education for patients and families. Requires 1–3 years of RN PACU or ICU/ED experience, a current Maryland RN license, and ACLS/BLS certifications. Full-time 10:00am–10:30pm shift. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to two years of college-level study
- 1–3 years of RN PACU or ICU/ED experience
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Full-Time position for the 10:00am - 10:30pm shift
