Registered Nurse - PACU

Registered Nurse – PACU in Lehigh Valley Health Network. Provides professional nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for designated patients in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, coordinating care with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families. Demonstrates leadership and teaching responsibilities, including mentoring new colleagues and department interns, with focus on quality, safety, evidence-based practice, and effective use of technology to optimize patient outcomes. Requires nursing program graduation and current RN licensure in Pennsylvania; BLS certification on hire; preferred BSN. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with ability to prioritize and manage patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
