Registered Nurse - PACU - Days

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations on the PACU unit. Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while including patients and families in the plan. Maintain regulatory compliance and assume full accountability for nursing care outcomes and decisions. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care. Communicate and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity. Provide perioperative care for patients undergoing Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and manage Phase 1 & 2 care for peri-anesthesia patients from operating rooms and supporting procedure areas. Work 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday with call requirements.
