Job Summary
Follow aseptic sterile technique according to AORN/ASPAN standards, evaluate patient responses to treatments, and manage patient pain. Anticipate case-specific needs based on knowledge of procedures and pathophysiology. Requires Wisconsin RN licensure, AALS within six months, and BLS within one month. Six months critical care experience preferred. Rotating shift full-time schedule at Columbia St Mary's Milwaukee. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted (for Advanced Life Support)
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted (for BLS Provider)
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
