Job Summary
Registered Nurse for the PACE Program providing holistic, participant-centered care to older adults, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and focusing on geriatrics, care coordination, and direct patient care in a post-acute/community home-based setting. Eligible for sign-on bonus. Requires BSN, RN license, BLS, First Aid, and at least 1 year of experience with frail/elderly populations; 3 years nursing management in a community home-based setting preferred. Location: Hendersonville, NC.
Required Qualifications

- RN license
- BLS Certification
- First Aid
- 1 year experience with frail or elderly
- Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date
