Job Summary
Provide holistic, participant-centered care to older adults within the PACE program, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to maintain independence and quality of life. Deliver strong direct patient care in geriatrics, support care coordination, and contribute to a compassionate, community-focused care environment for the elderly while advancing across post-acute services within CarePartners Health Services (HCA Healthcare).
Required Qualifications
- BSN degree with an RN license and BLS Certification as well as Frist Aid
- RN license
- Minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
