Job Summary
Provide direct outpatient pulmonary nursing care in a specialized pulmonary practice, including patient rooming, vital signs, medication reconciliation, in-office procedures support, immunizations, triage, patient education on pulmonary conditions, cancer-screening coordination (e.g., low-dose CT), and navigation for advanced pulmonary procedures (e.g., endobronchial valve placement); supervise licensed practical nurses and medical assistants, maintain EMR documentation, and coordinate care with physicians and ancillary departments.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved RN program with current New York State licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire date
- Excellent communication and writing ability
