Registered Nurse - OSC

Provides professional nursing care for inpatients in an acute hospital setting utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnoses, intervention, and evaluation. Demonstrates the ability to assess and interpret patient data across the lifespan, deliver education tailored to patient learning needs, and ensure patient safety. Applies evidence-based practice, participates in organizational patient-centered care, and supports growth through the CAPE clinical ladder program with responsibilities that evolve with experience. Requires a current RN license (or multi-state license via eNLC) and BLS certification within 30 days of hire; BSN is preferred. Shift is Day, 40 hours per week, with potential for involvement in cross-disciplinary teams and adherence to ANA code of ethics.
