Registered Nurse - Orthopedics - RN

Coordinate nursing care for adult and adolescent patients requiring orthopedic surgery, including total joint replacements, reconstructive surgery, and sports medicine. Manage acute and chronic pain, prevent skin breakdown and falls, and facilitate discharge planning while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Provide patient and family education, delegate care based on skill level and acuity, and lead through preceptor roles and quality improvement efforts. This 35-bed unit features private rooms with ceiling lifts and has received a service excellence award for seven consecutive years. Eligible for TN sponsorship requiring state licensure and VisaScreen certification.
