Registered Nurse - Orthopedics - Miller 6

Care for a mixed population of orthopedic patients on a 32-bed post-operative unit, managing trauma, total hip and knee replacements, hip fractures, and spine cases. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, residents, and attendings to provide high-quality care in state-of-the-art rooms equipped with ceiling lifts. Maintain appropriate patient ratios and utilize safe patient handling equipment. Advance professionally through Orthopedic certifications and the Clinical Advancement and Recognition Program. Located in Burlington, Vermont, this role offers structured preceptorships, continuing education, and a culture of shared governance.
