Registered Nurse- Orthopedic Unit - Nights

Provide patient assessment and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers. Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are consistent, safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicate clearly with all customers in person, by phone, and in writing. Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments to meet specific learning needs. Participate in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice through quality improvement initiatives. Maintain professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws, and regulations. Work nights (7:00pm - 7:30am) every other weekend on the Orthopedic Unit at Northwest Community Hospital.
