Registered Nurse Ortho Surgical

Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records. Develop and implement patient plans of care while evaluating responses and intervening to ensure optimal outcomes. Demonstrate competency in therapeutic interventions including IVs, wound care, medication administration, and specimen collections. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient status and interventions in compliance with nursing standards. Provide patient and family education based on their learning readiness and ability. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to protect patient health, safety, and rights.
