Job Summary
RN sought for orthopedic/spine procedures in Williamson Health. PRN Days schedule. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and TN licensure that permits medication administration; RCIS preferred (must be obtained within 6 months of hire); BLS within 90 days. Must respond to hospital within 30 minutes for on-call. At least one year of direct patient care experience. Proficient with Meditech, Site Rite; capable with guidewires and catheters; maintain sterile field and proper documentation. Hospital setting in Franklin, TN. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and transport patients as needed. Strong communication with physicians and team; ability to make quick judgments in urgent situations. CE requirements compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TN state licensure that allows for the administration of medication
- RCIS preferred (must have within 6 months of hire)
- BLS within 90 days of hire
- Respond to hospital within thirty minutes for on-call requirements
- At least one year of direct patient care experience
- Meditech computer system proficiency
- Site Rite proficiency
- Proficient use of guidewires, catheters and other necessary supplies
- Document accurate and timely
- Communicate with physician(s) and other team members
