Registered Nurse - Ortho/Spine - Full Time Days

Registered Nurse with orthopedic/spine focus sought for full-time daytime hours at Williamson Health. Responsibilities include direct patient care, documentation, coordinating with physicians and the care team, assembling sterile fields, maintaining sterile technique, and handling medications and supplies safely. Must respond to on-call requirements within 30 minutes, use Meditech and related equipment, and assist in other areas during downtime. Requires clear communication, the ability to stand/walk/bend/lift up to 50 lbs (patients up to 250 lbs), and adherence to hospital policies to ensure efficient patient throughput. Minimum one year of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting; RCIS preferred or TN licensure allowing medication administration; BLS within 90 days of hire. Location: Franklin, Tennessee. on-site role with standard hospital environment.
