Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Orthopaedics/Spine in Williamson Health. Full-time daytime position located in Murfreesboro, TN. Requires high school diploma or equivalent with TN licensure allowing administration of medications (RCIS preferred) and BLS within 90 days of hire. On-call responsiveness within 30 minutes. Minimum one year of direct patient care experience. Proficiency with Meditech, Site Rite, guidewires and catheters. Responsibilities include assembling sterile fields, equipment handling, medication/transfers safety, documentation, and effective communication with physicians and team members in a hospital setting. Strong emphasis on patient care, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RCIS preferred (must have within 6 month of hire) or any TN state licensure that allows for the administration of medication
- BLS within 90 days of hire
- Must respond to hospital within thirty minutes for on call requirements
- At least one year of direct patient care experience
- Meditech computer system familiarity
- Site Rite familiarity
- Proficient use of guidewires, catheters and other necessary supplies
