Registered Nurse - Ortho/Spine - FT Days & Nights

Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. Perform comprehensive assessments on all patients, including data from families and the healthcare team. Plan individual patient care, identify problems, and modify plans based on patient response. Administer medications and treatments safely while documenting accurately and timely. Accept charge responsibilities, assign staff based on acuity, and facilitate staff development. Maintain a therapeutic environment and work areas reflecting professionalism and safety.
