Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department standards and the nursing model. Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing approaches. Act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes. Responsibilities include assessing the patient's condition at admission and each shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes; performing procedures and documenting care administration; administering prescribed medications and monitoring responses; responding to patient requests and proactively anticipating needs; educating patients, families, and caregivers about the condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring understanding by translating medical terminology.
