Registered Nurse, Ortho/Joint/Spine, Full-Time Days and Nights

Perform a competent level of nursing care on Sentara Princess Anne Hospital's Ortho/Joint/Spine Post Surgery Unit using the nursing process standards of practice. Deliver assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care, teaching, health promotion, and evaluation while adhering to professional performance standards. Maintain clinical knowledge and skills required for specific clinical areas, ensuring all direct care RNs have BLS certification within 90 days of hire. This role offers full-time days and nights shifts with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for qualified candidates.
