Registered Nurse Ortho and Spine Specialty

Provide evidence-based post-surgical and acute orthopedic and spine care, including assessment, medication administration, wound and pain management, and patient education. Collaborate with surgeons, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and facilitate safe discharges. Document accurately in the EMR, support quality and safety initiatives, and precept as needed. Participate in continuous learning within a compassionate, patient-centered culture that supports growth and advancement.
