Registered Nurse, OR, PRN

Assess patient needs across adult, pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric populations while formulating goal-directed care plans based on nursing diagnoses. Implement skilled interventions to achieve desired outcomes, establish care priorities, and perform documentation duties on the floor and in patient records. Execute emergency protocols during critical situations, review physician orders, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver continuous patient advocacy. Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications, attend mandatory services, and remain flexible to adapt to fast-paced OR environments.
