Registered Nurse OR PRN

Registered Nurse for Peri-Operative (OR) with orthopedic circulating experience preferred. PRN as needed with flexible 8 or 10 hour shifts. Responsibilities include assessing patient and family needs, organizing time, equipment, and personnel for efficient case management, preparing the operating room, implementing and coordinating plan of care, maintaining asepsis, assisting with anesthesia, and ensuring patient safety and proper documentation. Requires BSN, Illinois RN license, BLS/ALS (PALS preferred), and at least 2 years of orthopedic surgery experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to adapt to a variable schedule are essential.
