Job Summary
Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care, employing critical thinking skills to assess patient conditions, recognize deviations, and evaluate progress. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff and functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals. Requires current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure, CPR certification, and an Associate degree in nursing with a BSN within five years. Full-time 7p to 7a M-F schedule with call requirements including NOC, weekends, and holidays. Premium pay includes shift, on-call, holiday, and incentive bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
- Associate degree in nursing or higher level nursing degree
- BSN required within 5 years from start date
- 7p to 7a M-F shift availability
- Call requirements availability
- NOC availability
- Weekends availability
- Holidays availability
