Registered Nurse or LPN

Join ReDiscover’s Medication Services Program as a Registered Nurse or LPN in a mission-driven, non-profit mental health setting. You will perform initial assessments and clinical evaluations, educate clients and families on symptoms, medications and side effects, provide trauma-informed care, document interactions in the electronic medical record, and collaborate with an internal multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active Missouri RN or LPN license, with availability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm). Floating to multiple clinic locations in the Kansas City metro area (South KC, Bannister, Lee’s Summit) as needed; strong customer service, communication, and computer skills are required. Preferred at least two years of direct mental health clinical experience and knowledge of local community resources.
