Conduct pulmonary function testing, assist physicians with patient care, and manage administrative duties such as insurance approvals, data entry, and clinical supply restocking. Respond to patient calls and messages while maintaining bilingual Spanish communication. Schedule varies by physician availability, with hours ranging from 4:30 am to 6:30 pm across weekdays and Saturdays. This role supports ENT and Allergy Associates, the nation's largest network of specialists in allergy, audiology, and ear, nose, and throat care.
