Job Summary
RN/LVN positions based in Gardner Health Center in San Jose, CA, full-time (40 hours/week). Under supervision of the Clinic Manager and Nursing Director, RN/LVN oversees nursing care within California licensure, works within the scope of Title 22 and Patient Centered Medical Home guidelines, and collaborates with clinic staff to determine patient needs and support health goals. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current and Active Registered Nurse License or Licensed Vocational Nurse in California
- Current and Active CPR and IV Certification
