Job Summary
Deliver specialized nursing care in a Memory Care unit, supporting residents with dementia through activity-based programming and maintaining dignity and functional ability. Perform services requiring substantial judgment and skill under the direction of a Registered Nurse, utilizing gerontological knowledge and supervision techniques. Maintain current RN or LPN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont, hold BLS certification, and demonstrate competence as a nursing practitioner. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required
