Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at LifeCare Medical Center will be responsible for performing nursing functions, providing routine daily nursing care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role involves closely collaborating with Registered Nurses and other healthcare staff, observing resident conditions, and implementing clinical policies to support person-centered care. Candidates should possess active Minnesota LPN licensure and demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Experience in skilled nursing and geriatric nursing, along with knowledge of relevant regulations is preferred.
