Job Summary
RN/ LPN Charge Nurse on 12-hour shifts with retention bonus. Supervises, coordinates, and directs the work of CNAs; provides individualized nursing care per residents’ plans; assists in admissions, transfers, and discharges; administers medications and treatments; explains procedures; monitors vital signs; maintains and updates nursing records; supports residents’ emotional well-being and prepares for continuing care after discharge. Required Qualifications
