Registered Nurse - OR - Days

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations on a specific unit. Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care while maintaining regulatory compliance. Assume full responsibility and authority for nursing care outcomes, guiding unlicensed personnel and collaborating with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Schedule includes 7a-5:30p shifts with a call rotation (4-6 per 6-week schedule), one weekend, and 2-4 holiday shifts annually. Full-time position requires an IL RN license, BSN preferred, and six months of comparable RN experience.
