Job Summary
Prescribe, delegate, and coordinate nursing care for patients while participating in patient and family teaching. Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing, and other patient-team personnel to maintain professional standards. Implement appropriate interventions based on patient population needs and perform technical aspects of care competently. Establish and maintain a plan for the delivery of nursing care to resolve problems. Call 1-2 nights a week and every 3rd weekend. Current RN licensure recognized by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing is required.

- CVOR Circulator RN
- Full Time
- Mon- Fri 600-1430
- Assessment and identification of patient needs
- Implementation of appropriate interventions considering the needs of patient populations per department scope of service
- Delegation of nursing care activities and provisions of supervision
- Establishes and maintains a plan for the delivery of nursing care
- Assures that nursing care interventions and activities are directed to resolve problems
- Performs technical aspects of care competently
- Prescribes nursing care
- Coordinates nursing care of patients
- Participates in patient and family teaching
- Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing, and other patient-team personnel
- Maintains standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
- Creates a positive customer service environment
