Registered Nurse OR ASC

Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care in the Ambulatory Surgery Center Preoperative and Post Anesthesia Care Unit for pediatric and adult patients undergoing same-day surgical procedures. Manage the full patient experience from preoperative preparation through recovery and discharge, working alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and the interdisciplinary team to prepare patients for home or inpatient transition. Serve as an advisor and resource for patients and their families. Ophthalmology, Gynecology, and ENT specialties are served. Requires at least two years of RN OR experience, an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing, and Maryland Board of Nursing licensure. BLS and ACLS certification is required.
