Job Summary
Develop comprehensive nursing plans for patients and families by performing psychosocial and physiologic assessments, reviewing similar patient trends, and integrating physician orders. Implement, reassess, evaluate, and revise care plans while addressing cultural, ethical, and spiritual needs. Provide patient and family education throughout the continuum of care and actively support Franciscan Alliance processes and standards. Work in an 8-hour shift rotating through 5 rooms daily with a 1:1 patient ratio. This role requires a Registered Nurse license and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing/Patient Care from an accredited program
- Experienced nurses are welcome to apply

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing/Patient Care from an accredited program
- 2 years of OR RN experience
