Job Summary
Maintain accurate health care records, administer medications, and monitor patient vital signs while assisting in surgical procedures. Record patient symptoms, order diagnostic tests, and assess nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Modify treatment plans based on patient conditions and provide overall patient care in the operating room or pre-op/PACU. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing, two years of experience, and current state licensure with BLS and ACLS certifications. Located in Winston Salem, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- State license as a registered nurse
- Professional, friendly attitude
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently

- Bachelor degree or master degree in nursing
- 2 years or more experience as a registered nurse
- Current state licensure as a registered nurse
- BLS certification
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
- ACLS certification
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and clinic staff
- Basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Willingness to certify American Heart Association BLS/CPR within one year
- Willingness to certify ACLS within one year
