Job Summary
Registered Nurse in the Operating Room on a weekend schedule. Provide focused OR patient care across a variety of surgical procedures, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include assessing patients, planning and coordinating care, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes while adhering to professional licensure, documentation, safety, and regulatory standards. Minimum qualifications include an active RN license in state of practice, BSN (as of update), BLS, and a BSN from an accredited program. The role is based at Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, with a 36-hour weekly schedule and a competitive hourly rate.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
