Job Summary
Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator responsible for delivering perioperative patient care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. Requires an associate's degree in nursing, an Illinois RN license, BLS/PALS/ACLS certifications, and two years of OR circulating experience. Demonstrates professional nursing knowledge, accurate documentation, aseptic technique, safe patient identification and surgical site marking, and anticipates surgeon’s needs to support optimal patient outcomes. Must be a collaborative, detail-oriented team player who adheres to nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Current RN license - Illinois
- BLS certification - American Heart Association
- PALS certification - American Heart Association
- ACLS certification - American Heart Association
- Two years operating room circulating experience
