Registered Nurse Operating Room, Surgery Center

Oversees daily patient flow to optimize care, safety, and satisfaction while triaging incoming requests and managing high telephone volumes for medications and information. Delivers patient education, administers treatments, and coordinates care with physicians and other practices to achieve optimal outcomes. Demonstrates competent assessment skills, prioritizes tasks using critical thinking, and delegates care appropriately per Colorado statutes. Works independently with minimal supervision, advocates for patient preferences through Relationship-Based Care, and models organizational values including HIPAA compliance and a Just Culture. Requires one year of operating room experience, Colorado RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certification.
