Registered Nurse Operating Room (RN) -Columbia County

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the patient care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care according to policies, and maintain comprehensive documentation of assessments, changes, and education. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource on health issues, and report pertinent information to appropriate individuals while upholding confidentiality. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional licenses and certifications, and foster growth through mentorship and preceptorship. Support shared governance through service on councils and contribute to recruitment efforts.
