Registered Nurse Operating Room (RN) -Columbia County

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care according to policies, and maintain documentation of assessments, condition changes, and education provided. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, listen to concerns, and communicate pertinent information to providers while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance councils, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with research literature and industry best practices.
