Registered Nurse, Operating Room, PRN

Circulate surgical cases in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic surgery center by preparing operating rooms, equipment, and instruments for scheduled procedures. Verify patient identity, surgical site, and procedure in accordance with safety protocols while serving as the patient's advocate before, during, and after surgery. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to anticipate team needs, promote efficient case flow, and monitor patients throughout the intraoperative phase. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, manage inventory levels, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition. This role requires current OR nursing experience and a BLS certification, with orthopedic and ASC experience preferred. No nights, weekends, or call.
