Registered Nurse-Operating Room-PRN

Registered Nurse in the Operating Room (PRN) at Mercy. Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, maintains accountability for care provided to assigned patients, evaluates the effectiveness of care delivered by other direct caregivers, and coordinates patient care in collaboration with other departments. Upholds patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties in alignment with Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards. Requires graduation from an accredited RN program and current RN licensure (state or compact). BLS certification required; additional unit-specific certifications (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, etc.) may be required depending on the unit.
