Registered Nurse Operating Room, PRN Days (56725)

Registered Nurse in the Operating Room provides patient care via the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation), directs and coordinates nursing care per clinical standards, collaborates with other disciplines to achieve desired outcomes, and contributes to quality care through performance-improvement activities. The role considers patient developmental age and cultural diversity, and supports the organization’s mission. Requires RN licensure in Texas or a compact state, and an Associate Degree in Nursing, with required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE) and department-specific credentials; opportunities across Perioperative Services, NICU, PICU, Hematology/Oncology, and Emergency Department among others.
