Registered Nurse - Operating Room Off-Shift PRN - RN

Coordinate the surgical team and provide perioperative nursing care in all aspects of OR activities, scrubbing as needed when requested. Serve as the patient's advocate while managing direct patient care, education, and transitions of care. Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care within the Mayo Nursing Care Model. Delegate patient care based on skill level, experience, acuity, and resource availability. Provide leadership through preceptor roles, quality improvement efforts, and committee participation. Maintain excellent communication skills for mentoring and teaching. This role is eligible for TN sponsorship and requires state licensure.
