Registered Nurse - Operating Room - no nights, weekends or holidays

Provide high-quality patient care in the surgical setting at the Level 1 Trauma Center Main Operating Room, working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. Consistently set and evaluate priorities through appropriate interventions, individualize the plan of care to address specific patient needs, and supervise delegation of tasks to appropriate team members. Report identified safety issues and medical errors, maintaining awareness of ethical standards and evidence-based practice principles. Work the night shift (9:00pm – 7:30am) for 40 hours per week, with weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments as assigned.
