Registered Nurse - Operating Room - no nights, weekends or holidays

Provide high-quality patient care in the surgical setting at the Level 1 Trauma Center Main Operating Room, working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. Consistently set and evaluate priorities through appropriate interventions, utilizing the nursing process to individualize the plan of care and address specific patient needs. Supervise and direct the delegation of tasks to appropriate team members while reporting identified safety issues and medical errors. Maintain awareness of ethical standards and evidence-based practice principles to advance knowledge within the patient care team. Night shift, 40 hours per week from 9:00pm to 7:30am, with weekends, holidays, and on-call as assigned.
