Registered Nurse - Operating Room - no nights, weekends or holidays

Provide high-quality patient care in the surgical setting at the Level 1 Trauma Center Main Operating Room, working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. Supervise and direct the delegation of tasks to appropriate team members while consistently setting and evaluating priorities through appropriate interventions with measurable outcomes. Utilize the nursing process to integrate all aspects of care and individualize the plan of care to address specific patient needs. Report identified safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors, maintaining awareness of ethical standards and evidence-based practice principles.
